Stockton Heath Methodist Church is looking forward to a memorable year as it marks two significant anniversaries with the wider Circuit community.
On Saturday 13 July, the church will host a special Circuit-wide celebration to mark the 500th anniversary of the William Tyndale Bible— a milestone in making the Bible accessible to all. The event will be a joyful occasion, bringing people together with music, fellowship, and shared food.
Later in the year, in November, Stockton Heath will celebrate 120 years in its current building. Plans are already underway for several days of activities to honour the church’s long history of worship and service in the community.
In addition, on Saturday 3 August, everyone is invited to join a Prayer Walk starting at Antrobus Methodist Church, Stockton Heath’s sister church — a wonderful opportunity for reflection, connection, and community prayer.
Please keep an eye out for more details about these events and join us as we give thanks for the past and look with hope to the future.
